Volkswagen to invest $800 million in two plants in Argentina

Volkswagen Argentina confirmed an investment of $800 million in its plants located in the provinces of Buenos Aires and Córdoba. Most of it will go to the production infrastructure for its new Tarek SUV, and the remaining $150 million to the production of the MQ281 6-speed transmission box for export to Europe.
