CAF provides $40 million for aviation security

The Board of Directors of CAF, Development Bank of Latin America, approved $40.4 million in financing to Argentina for the Modernisation of the Air Traffic Surveillance System project. This project contemplates strengthening the physical and digital infrastructure of Argentina’s airspace surveillance systems and the National Airport System. It will cover the entire continental airspace of the 5 flight information regions under national jurisdiction (Comodoro Rivadavia, Cordoba, Ezeiza, Mendoza and Resistencia).
